We are a newly formed group who are committed to building up a support network for the Spitfire & Hurricane Memorial Trust, Manston, Kent.

Our aim is to develope, promote, publicise and maintain an annual programme of events, activities and fund raising to benefit the Museum, its members, interested individuals and groups.

We believe it is vitally important to raise and maintain the profile of the Museum, particularly an awareness of the sacrifice made by young men and women in the past to keep our nation safe and that such sacrifice continues to the present day.

To help achieve the above, there is a small committee which meets once a fortnight (alternate Wednesdays currently in the afternoon at 2.30)

The committe would like to add one new member, thus invite someone with a skill in note taking,(minutes) to convert general discussions into a document that not only is a record but may form the basis of any action plan .
